Eva Noblezada
Famously known for her lead role as Kim of Miss Saigon, Eva Noblezada is a Filipino-American actress and singer who made her Broadway debut at the ripe age of 18 years old. She was fresh from high school when she was chosen to portray the innocent and charming Kim, but her young age did not stop her from pursuing her dreams! Because of her hard work and dedication, she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical for the said role. In November 2018, she once again bagged the lead role of Eurydice in the musical Hadestown.
For her performance in Hadestown, Noblezada earned the same nomination in 2019. And finally, in 2020, she earned a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. This shows that young girls shouldn’t be afraid to dream big and pursue their goals, even if they’re deemed too young for something. At the end of the day, what matters most is your commitment and passion for what you do, as these can open doors to opportunities you never imagined. Just like Ate Eva!
